By Car

By Train

• The nearest rail stations are either Cannock or Hednesford on the Chase Line. This has a basic hourly service to and from Walsall and Birmingham New Street. Most trains run through to Rugeley and Stafford during the day but in the evenings the service terminates at Hednesford. There is also a Sunday service on this line. You would then need to get either a Taxi or a Bus from the stations to Heath Hayes.

By Bus

• There are three bus links to Heath Hayes which serve St.Johns.

• Arriva Midlands run the 32/33 (timetable) service which provide a link every 15 minutes during the day into Cannock. These pass the railway station. Both services run to Walsall during the day by different routes. In the northbound direction the 32 runs to Rugeley and the 33 runs to Hednesford only. There is a service every hour in the evenings. A very limited service is also provided by A2Z Travel on Sundays between Hednesford and Norton Canes only, which serves Heath Hayes.

• Arriva Midlands also run the 60 (timetable) service between Cannock and Lichfield every 30 minutes during the day, and every hour in the evening. There is no Sunday service on this route.

• Choice Travel run the 23 (timetable) service which wanders about round the area and links Hednesford, Wimblebury, Heath Hayes, Tesco and Cannock. This runs every 30 minutes during the day only, with no Sunday service.
